When will you need to change the logon details?

Computer password has changed:

Your company may have a security policy in place which requires the password to be changed frequently. If the password has changed for the computer, you will need to update the windows service log on.

Computer user update:

If you have changed users on a computer, the service will need to be updated with the new user details.

How to update the log on details.

Steps:

Press the Windows button > Search for Services > Navigate through the services to find OneFlo Autoprint service > Right click the service > Click the

Changing the password for the service

Select the Log On tab at the top

of the window

The details will need to be changed under This account. Please see below for instructions on how to find the correct log on username

Warning

Changing the service to Local System account will cause AutoPrint to lose access to any printers that are connected via a network. This option will only work with printers that are connected directly to the computer

Click Apply and OK.

Making these changes will require the service to be restarted. Right click on the service > Click Restart.

Test the AutoPrint through OneFlo.

> Change the password to match the computer password > Click Apply and OK. The service will need to be started after the details are changed.

After the changes are saved, test the AutoPrint is working in OneFlo

How to locate the username for the computer:

  1. Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > User Accounts

    1.  This is case sensitive and will need to be entered exactly as seen here.
