Step 1: Navigate to the OneFlo Printer Config page

When logging into OneFlo, be sure you are logging in with the user that will be using AutoPrint. Do not alias into an account before installing. This will cause the installation to only work for the user that does the installation.

Info

If you already have AutoPrint installed, your page will look like the below. If so, please follow this page for instructions on how to update the service: Autoprint - How to update to V2 client

Step 2: Download the AutoPrint installer

Accessthe AutoPrint installer through this link: https://portal.oneflo.com.au/printerconfig/set-up

Note

If your network has proxy configurations (check with your IT department), you may have issues running the installer above. If this is the case, please see: AutoPrint - Installation on Networks with Proxy

Step 3: Run the Installer

Locate the installer file you just downloaded: autoprint.application.installer.msi. Double click the file to run through the install process.

Tip

Tip: Most browsers will drop the download to the bottom of the screen, but this is also often found in your Downloads folder

Step 4: Generate the token

During the install process you will be asked for a token. The token is generated in OneFlo, in the AutoPrinting set up page (where the program is downloaded from)

Warning

This token will disappear once you have exited the page! Only generate when you are ready!

Step 5: Set the service logon

The service logon dictates what user is running the service, it is recommended to use a user with access to all the printers. Otherwise the recommended Network Service will work in most use cases.

Info

Reminder: These should be the username and password that will be using Autoprint, not the OneFlo login.

Tip

Tip: Locate the username for the computer

Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > User Accounts

The username can be found in the Configure advanced user profile properties section highlighted on the left of the window

Step 6: Continue with the prompts

Note

Please note:

If the installer will prompts the below, it has it detected another installation of AutoPrint with the current user. This means if you proceed, the previous install will no longer work.

Step 7: Configure the printers

Once the installation is complete, click on Config Printers in the AutoPrinting set-up to assign the printers that will generate the labels & connotes.
