To reset your password, you need to have access to the email address associated to your account. If you have problems accessing the email address or are using a shared mailbox, please reach out to your team member who manages your account. Otherwise, please reach out to your efm Account Manager.

  1. Access OneFlo

  2. Click Forgot Password?

  3. Enter your username and email address associated to your login. If unsure, contact the owner of the account who has access to the mailbox or reach out to your efm Account Manager.

  4. Open the email from OneFlo (from support@oneflo.com.au) and click Recover Password. Follow the prompts to update your password. You will be asked to enter a new password twice.

    Warning: This password reset token is only valid for 1 hour. If you don’t use this link within 1 hour of requesting, you will be taken back to the login screen.

  5. You should be taken to a Reset Password screen that looks like this screen. Enter your new password which has to comply to the requirements.

    If you attempt to reset your password after one hour has expired an error will appear and you will need to repeat this process

Password Requirements

  • Minimum 8 characters, no limit to max characters

  • at least 1 Uppercase letter (A-Z)

  • at least 1 lowercase letter (a-z)

  • at least 1 digit (0-9)

  • at least 1 symbol (!, #, $ etc)
