On January 14, 2020, support for Windows Server 2008 and 2008 R2 will end. That means the end of regular security updates.This means this will no longer receive support by EFM.
Order Lookup Is reliant on a Message Transformer Windows Service. We are now aware that in some very rare circumstances on Windows Server 2008 R2, when patches/updates are installed often on weekends resulting in the service to no longer be transmitting messages.
Identification
- Confirm that files are no longer being transmitted
- Access the file Directory, If files are found, this confirms the failure
- e.g.C:\Users\Steven.Reynolds\Desktop\company\Export
- Access the file Directory, If files are found, this confirms the failure
Resolution
The Resolution of this disconnection that occurs as a result of a patch is simply to restart the service

- Restart
