Auto-fill Shipping Unit Information

You can Auto-fill the dimensions and weight of item level information by configuring this in your account.


As of June 2019, OneFlo introduced Packaging which is the commodity code that describes the form of freight being despatched in the consignment. 

This packaging or commodity code is used to help OneFlo determine what the freight is being despatched and to capture more accurate information throughout the consigning process. OneFlo has a number of pre-loaded packaging options.

PalletA flat wooden or plastic structure. It has 2 decks of wooden or plastic panels for rigidity.

Others

Any freight container that is not classified in any of the above categories.


How to Configure

Add New Item:

  1. Select:Settings > "My Shipping Units"
  2. Select: "Add Shipping Unit"

  3. Enter in the custom shipping unit details.All fields are mandatory.



    1. Code/Type - Lookup value when shipping item is included in the consignment.
    2. Packaging - Commodity code that describes the form of freight being despatched in the consignment.
    3. Name - A description of the shipping item to help better identify it.
    4. Weight - Weight of this shipping item in kilograms.
    5. Length - Longest horizontal side of the item in centimetres.
    6. Width - Shortest horizontal side of the item in centimetres.
    7. Height - Vertical measurement of the item from its lowest point to the top in centimetres.
    8. Volume - Calculated based on the dimensions provided.
