Errors can sometimes occur when creating bookings in OneFlo. Bookings errors are sent from the carrier’s system and the carrier will need to be contacted for most of the known booking errors in OneFlo
Some booking errors can be fixed in OneFlo.
There are 3 buttons on the booking page
The below errors can be re-transferred by just clicking the resend button:
Time Out Has Occurred Sending Booking
Not Transferred
The below errors occur when the data is not correct and a new booking will likely need to be created:
477: The booking time has passed for all services on the specified collection date.
20: No pickups can be booked for before 8AM
“# ERROR (0): Error while processing B2B Pickup Request. ->” (There will be more information on these errors, please read them carefully as they may just need to be resent)
114: The maximum Height cannot exceed 999cms. Please check your details and try again.
115: The maximum Length cannot exceed 999cms. Please check your details and try again.
116: The maximum Width cannot exceed 999cms. Please check your details and try again.
Other Errors
The Sender Address Postal Location is invalid.
Invalid Charge Account. Charge Account Is Required
030: Invalid Service Code
3: CustId should be 6-7 characters long
111: The total Volume cannot exceed 999.999 cubic metres. Please check your details and try again.
50: The ServiceType is not valid
112: The total Weight must be between 0.1 and 99999.9 kgs. Please check your details and try again.
050: Missing field: Dangerous Goods Packing Group 050: Missing field: Dangerous Goods UN
18: PickupTime is within 1 hour of PickupLatest
591: The Receiver/Destination Suburb and Postcode (MOOREBANK/1875) are invalid. Please check your details and try again.
21: PickupLatest cannot be after 6PM
8: TotalWeight is required and should be between 1 and 9999
