For an installation to work, the OneFlo user cannot have had Autoprint installed/activated before. If the user has already had Autoprint activated, a case will have to be raised via your Account Manager with the our IT Service Desk to remove the token. If you require multiple instance of Autoprint installed, please raise a case via your Account Manager to have additional user accounts created.

Access to the Windows Printer Services (dependency on the Print Spooler)
If printers are on the network, the user or the account that the service is being runas has to have visibility/access to the printers on the Print server. To do this login to the workstation with the account that will run the service and map/connect all required printers to the local profile that has been created .
Read/Write on the installation directory.
