What is AutoPrint?

OneFlo AutoPrint allows for OneFlo to communicate directly to printers on the despatch workstation. This removes the requirement to manually print each label, and results in the labels being automatically printed when consigned.

The OneFlo Autoprint Windows Service is the client service that will run on the despatch workstation to act as the printing agent for OneFlo. Autoprint communicates with the OneFlo web suite to store printer configuration and handle automatic job printing to configured label and A4 printers.

Printers can be configured to a carrier service to ensure the appropriate label is printed out for each consignment if different label stickers are required.

This is applicable if:

  • Certain services require a different coloured label

  • Certain services require 2 or more label stickers to be printed and affixed to the freight (typically pallets)

  • Certain services are required to be printed to a specific label printer

Technical Requirements

Important!

For an installation to work, the OneFlo user cannot have had Autoprint installed/activated before. If the user has already had Autoprint activated, a case will have to be raised via your Account Manager with the our IT Service Desk to remove the token.

If you require multiple instance of Autoprint installed, please raise a case via your Account Manager to have additional user accounts created.
