You can find the latest status and lifecycle of released consignments vie the Track Consignments screen in OneFlo.

Usage

Access tracking by selecting the Tracking > Track Consignments section on the left hand OneFlo menu.

Narrow down the date range for the consignments you wish to search for by using the filter at the top of the page. You can also search for a consignment or a reference number used in your ERP. This reference number must be included in the consignment upon creation.

You will see a your list of consignments and their current status (from a carrier perspective) in their journey to the destination appear on the screen.

When a POD is available, the icon will show up where you can view and access the POD image.

Scan Events

This table contains a list of fundamental scan events. Carriers configured for your account may provide more or less events than the table below, but this gives a comprehensive life-cycle of a consignment.
