  1. Access OneFlo
    https://portal.oneflo.com.au/

  2. Click: "Forgot Password"

3. Enter Your Username & Email (Associated with the username)

(If unsure contact your Account Manager.)

4. Open Email from EFM and follow the prompts to Reset Password
