Problem
I have completed the set-up of order lookup, and my files are not moving from the destination folder.
Below is an example of the process working as expected:

- Confirm that your device meets the technical requirements:

- Especially .Net Framework Installation

- Restart the "Message Transmitter" Service
- Access the directory to see if the issue is fixed.
Hi Account Manager/IT Contact,
We have an issue where the files produced by our ERP/WMS is no longer being picked up by the Message Transmitter Service.
We have tried:
- Restarting the Service
- Restarting the computer
- ....list other changes tried.
The Files can be found at
- C:\Users\Steven.Reynolds\Desktop\company\Export
Things that have changed recently
- e.g. We had updates install on the weekend
