SendIT - Update Postcode Database

SendIT requires its postcodes to be updated in a timely manner. efm subscribes to Australia Post’s postcode list and use the list to validate suburbs/postcodes within Australia.

SendIT use a database called pc.mdb to store this information.

Step 1 - Retrieve a copy of the pc.mdb from an efm representative

Step 2 - Locate File in “C:\SendIT\Data”

Step 3 - Make a copy of the current pc.mdb file in the folder (backup)

Step 4 - Replace File in the Destination

Step 5 - Restart SendIT
