To track and trace a consignment, select Tracking from the side menu and click on Track Consignments.

1. Select a date from the calendar
2. Alternatively search by connote/ref/barcode field
3. Once you have brought up the consignment details, you have the ability to get the Tracking Information, Lodge an Inquiry, Export the data into CSV format or View the POD should one be available.

Track and Trace via OneFlo is the recommended approach as we are integrated with at over 100 carriers in terms of scanning capability. OneFlo displays tracking

The granularity of scan events are dependent on the carrier's capability
