ESN - Implementation

To implement ESN's in your environment you will need to contact your account manager to ensure the additional feature is available within your account configuration.

To implement an ESN in your environment we require:

Mandatory:

  1. List of Accounts the ESN is to be enabled

  2. List of Carriers you wish to use ESN

    1. Note ESN is configurable per carrier

Optional:

  1. Required Logo

    1. If none is provided, we will use the first appropriate image found online.

  2. Required Colour Scheme (if Applicable)

    1. If none is provided, we will use the first appropriate relevant colour found online.

  3. Contact Email 

    1. If none is provided we will use: enquiries@efmlogistics.com.au

  4. Tracking Link

    1. This is provided by default, can be removed if required.

Implementation Timeline:

The most important aspect to ensure quick turn around is providing ALL required Information. However due to high volumes we offer the below estimate on completion.

If changes to configuration are required after implementation, due to insufficient information, a new request will need to be raised and is subject to the same proposed timelines.

If support is experiencing unusually high demand you will be notified changes in the expected completion time.
