OneFlo generally allows the warehouse team to populate consignment data in the Create Consignment screen. This is a manual entry but can be facilitated by Address Lookup and Item Lookup. Another level of semi-automation is called Order LookupOneFlo Order Lookup, also known as Import Orders where partial information is imported, allows for consignment and Item level information to be automatically populated into OneFlo from a Customer's ERP/WMS. This information is then finalized/confirmed in the "Create Consignment" process before being submitted.

Typical Workflow

  1. Receiver places an order

  2. Order prioritised and marked ‘Ready to dispatch’ in the sender system

  3. Order picked and packed

  4. Order data flows to OneFlo / efmApp via API

  5. Order data used to create shipment in the OneFlo / efmApp

  6. Label and stage freight for pickup

  7. Manifest shipments

  8. Shipment data sent back to OneFlo / efmApp
