An ESN can be customised slightly to suit your company’s. Below are the changes that can be made to the template.
Template Example
Subject
The subject for the ESN can be customised. If no subject is provided, we will add Your Order Has Been Despatched!
Reply To
The Reply To email can be set to your preferred method of contact for the email notifications
Logo
Please provide your preferred Logo.
Transparent background and 600px (approx.) wide.
A logo of any height will fit in the ESN.
Colour Scheme
Buttons will be configured to match the logo or compliment it if the logo is too light for the text.
"Email Us"
The button will start an email with the consignment number in the subject line.
This can be set to send and email to your support email or ours.
Contact Information
The contact us section can have additional contact information, phone number, an alternative email address, etc.
Tags
Tags are the words, on the ESN template, that are surrounded by the curly brackets { }. They are used to extract the consignment data and automatically add them to the ESN. The below table are the tags that can be used and what they are used for.

Carrier Name: | {CarrierName} | Carrier name |
Consignment Number: | {Connote} | Connote number |
Description: | {Description} | Number of items, weight and volume. This is displayed like 1@7kg (0.013m3) |
ETA: | {ETA} | The Estimated Time of Arrival of the consignment, if there are no ETAs loaded into the system, that are provided by the carrier, this will just show as {ETA} |
Instructions: | {Instructions} | The delivery instructions |
Receiver Address: | {Receiver} | Receiver Details |
Reference: | {Reference} | For single reference numbers. This will show only the first reference number if the consignment has multiple reference numbers. |
Sender Name: | {Sender} | The name in the sender field on a consignment |
