Problem

Customer cannot print labels automatically

Solution

To troubleshoot this issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Press the Windows button > Search for Services > Navigate through the services to find OneFlo Autoprint service > Check if the service is running.
  2. If the service is not running, try restarting the service by clicking on the options to the left of the services or by right clicking on the service and selecting Start.
  3. Create a test consignment to ensure AutoPrint is working again

Restarting the AutoPrint service will cause all the attempted print jobs to print out, even if they have been manually printed. Please follow this article: (Insert article about print jobs)
