To ensure labels aren't printer out unnecessarily when restarting the OneFlo Autoprint service.
Instructions
- Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Select the label printer > Right click and select See what's printing
- In the print queue window go to Printer > Use Printer Offline
- Restart the OneFlo Autoprint service. (Instructions here: Troubleshooting the AutoPrint service)
- The print jobs will load into the print queue and they can be deleted

| Some computers may not have access to the printer settings to be able to do this as they can be installed on a different computer. If you are worried about wasting the labels, this can be performed on the computer that the printer is installed on. |
