AutoPrint - Troubleshooting the Printer Queue

To ensure labels aren't printed out unnecessarily when restarting the OneFlo Autoprint service.

Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Select the label printer > Right click and select See what's printing

In the print queue window go to Printer > Use Printer Offline

Restart the OneFlo Autoprint service. (Instructions here: AutoPrint - Troubleshooting)

The print jobs will load into the print queue and they can be deleted

Ensure the printer is put back online to be able to print again

Some computers may not have access to the printer settings to be able to do this as they can be installed on a different computer. If you are worried about wasting the labels, this can be performed on the computer that the printer is installed on.
