Local Pickup

Use your own Trucks/Service to despatch your freight.

Consigning
Consigning in OneFlo, will allow you to generate valid labels/connotes/Manifests. While ensuring there is a record of the freight in our system.

  • You may choose if you wish to use the OneFlo generated files for your purposes.


POD'S
You may even load in POD's and Scan events into OneFlo

  • To do this POD's will need to be sent to a provided email address, meeting the file/data requirements.
    • POD Image/PDF must be named as the Consignment Number

Scan Events

Scan Events can be manually created in OneFlo to document the travel of this freight, However is often not required for most customer needs. Most customers only require view of despatched freight and delivered freight, and this is automatically represented in the system through other indicators.

  • Despatched, This would be identified by any "Manifested" freight.
  • Delivered This is flagged by any Connote with a POD

Implementation

  1. Contact Your Account Manager and request "Local Pickup" service be activated on your account

  2. Once enabled consign in OneFlo selecting "Local Pickup" as the required service.

  3. If you wish to send  POD's into OneFlo for tracking.
    1. Request the account manager to provide Email Address for POD's to be sent.
