Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Select the label printer > Right click and select See what's printing
In the print queue window go to Printer > Use Printer Offline
Restart the OneFlo Autoprint service. (Instructions here: Troubleshooting the AutoPrint service)
The print jobs will load into the print queue and they can be deleted
