OneFlo Postback report aims to eliminate manual data entry, providing an end of day report of all manifested consignments that have been performed in OneFlo within the last 24 hours.

How does Postback work?
Standard Postback Report
- The efm team configure the Postback service to provide a report of all manifested Consignments at the end of the day.
- The information to the right are the columns provided within the report.
- The report is generated nightly (as a recommendation) in order to capture all consignments created during the despatching day. Reports are produced as a delta of consignments from the previous reporting period.
- The report can be sent by the following methods:
- SFTP
- FTP
- Email to a select set of e-mail recipients

OneFlo postback report includes the following information:
- Connote Information
- Sender and Receiver Details
- Estimated Charges
- User Fields
- Data passed form ERP to OneFlo which include but not limited to:
- Warehouse Codes
- Despatch Person / User Code
- Sales Representative
- any other fields that are relevant from a Logistics/Business perspective
- Data inputted by the User while creating a consignment
