OneFlo Postback

What is Postback data?

Postback data consists of three variations:

  • manifested consignments

  • scan events

  • PODs

What is a Postback file?

OneFlo can automatically provide outbound data which can be imported into your ERP.

This document is provided in several formats with XML as a standard.

Reports can be sent on a Time based trigger (30mins, 1 hour, Daily, Weekly, Monthly)

What other methods of receiving Postback data is there?

If you are using our Restful API Customer.API method to save consignments then the Response will pass back unmanifested Consignment data.

If you would like scan event or POD data you can pull that information using our Restful API instead of receiving it as a file.

What is the benefit of receiving postback data?

OneFlo Postback report aims to eliminate manual data entry, providing an end of day report of all manifested consignments that have been performed in OneFlo within the last 24 hours.

While the defined service is for Manifested Consignments to be sent once per day, this is customizable upon internal review and advanced scoping session.

Efficient Consignment Processing

Import Consignment data into your ERP using Postback reports.
