Open Windows Services.Event Viewer
Click Action → Create Custom View.
Under Logged: select a relevant time frame.
To define a relevant time frame, it's a good idea to know if/when the service stopped running last.
If you not sure, select 'Last 7 days'.
Ensure the By Log radio button is selected.
In the Event logs drop bown dropdown box, expand Windows Logs and select Application & System.
In the By Source drop down box, select all that are listed below (bearing in mind that some may not be listed at all):
MessageTransmitterMessage Transformer
Service Control Manager
Service Control Manager Perfomance Diagnostics
Click OK.
Change the Name to EFM efm - OneFlo - Order Lookup.
Change the Description to EFM to efm - OneFlo - Order Lookup.
Click OK.
Review results
Save All Events in Custom View As
Email this file to your IT Support technician to analyse.
