Order Lookup - View Logs in Windows Event Log

Use this only if all other troubleshooting methods have not worked.

  1. Open Event Viewer

  2. Click Action → Create Custom View

  3. Under Logged: select a relevant time frame.

    To define a relevant time frame, it's a good idea to know if/when the service stopped running last.

    If you not sure, select 'Last 7 days'.

  4. Ensure the By Log radio button is selected.

  5. In the Event logs dropdown box, expand Windows Logs and select Application & System.

  6. In the By Source drop down box, select all that are listed below (bearing in mind that some may not be listed at all):

    1. Message Transformer

    2. Service Control Manager

    3. Service Control Manager Perfomance Diagnostics

  7. Click OK.

  8. Change the Name to efm - OneFlo - Order Lookup.

  9. Change the Description to efm - OneFlo - Order Lookup.

  10. Click OK.

  11. Review results

  12. Save All Events in Custom View As

  13. Email this file to your IT Support technician to analyse.

Remember to turn this off when troubleshooting is complete
