Order Lookup - Restarting the Client Service

In the event that the OneFlo Order Lookup service needs to be restarted, please follow the procedure below.

  1. On the server where the service is installed, open the Services console

     

  2. Look for the service called Message Transformer

     

  3. Restart the service by either

    1. Right Click > Restart

       

    2. Clicking Restart on the Menu

       

  4. Confirm that the Service is started successfully.
