Google Chrome

1. Look at the top right hand side of the window - do you see a box with a red cross next to the star?

2. Click the icon described in Step 1 & select always allow pop-ups & select Done.

3. This may prevent you from opening the consignment paperwork that you have just created. To overcome this you will need to select Today's Consignments from the Consign Menu.

4. Click on the consignment number, and print the labels.

1. Look just below the address bar - do you see a yellow bar just below it?

2. Select Options from the right hand side of the yellow bar.

1. There is no way to unblock popups for specific websites in this browser. The best course of action is to change the client to Google Chrome of Mozilla Firefox.
