Getting to the Printer Configuration page

While logged into OneFlo, with the user that AutoPrint is installed for. add /printerconfig at the end of the website address, as below, or click here: https://portal.oneflo.com.au/printerconfig

This will take you to a page that looks similar to the below. From here you can edit the printers you would like to use with AutoPrint.

Configuring the printers

There are several changes that can be made here.

Select which services will print labels and connotes. Some carriers may not require connotes where as some will.

Dangerous Goods Paperwork

If you ship dangerous goods, you will need to print the connotes to get the DG paperwork as the are connected. To ensure this is printed set the default Connote Copies to 1

Selecting the printers

This is where the printers are selected. In the drop down lists, pick a printer for the labels and the connotes, and the number of labels and connotes you would like to automatically print. Labels and connotes will default to 0. These will need to be changed to ensure an auto print will occur.

Example:

If you can't find your printers here, please follow the troubleshooting steps here:
AutoPrint - OneFlo Printer Config can't detect Printers

Printing via Carrier/Service

You may want to print out a particular number of labels or connotes per service, for your own records, or if you know the items you send will need more than one label.

Please note

The printers in this section don't need to be changed to your printers unless you have different printers for each carrier/service

If you leave the copies columns as --Default-- they will print according to the default numbers set above, in the Printer Config section.

After the changes have been made, click Save at the bottom of the page
