SendIT App backs up monthly, which includes data in the database and manifest files for the previous month

It is possible manifest won’t send, there are various reasons why; connectivity issues, forgetting to transmit the manifest, (etc).

The following is a guide to find and retrieve the manifest files from the system

NOTE:  if after loading these files the data does not appear in ChainIT it is highly likely the consignments have been deleted out of SendIT App

Step 1: Identifying the location of the files

Log into SendIT App, Click Maintenance > Sites

In the Name dropdown list, select the account that has not transmitted the manifest
(Generally there is only one site)

Copy (Highlight and CRTL+C) or Note down or the file path next to Export

Open your file explorer

Paste or type out the file path in the search bar at the top. Open the folder for the required year.

Step 2: Identify the files

Find the missing manifest file by checking the date time stamp on the file

  • SITE NUMBER_DDMMYYhhmmss.xml

  • If there are multiple files with the same date Copy all files to a new location

  • ChainIT will remove any duplicates and load the missing data

Step 3: Sending the files

Individually attach the files to a email and send them to the email address Manifests@enodo.com.au

DO NOT zip the files, leave them in their XML format

Clear the body of the email and do not put a subject
