Why use CCI over direct Carrier Integration?

  • A Standard Integration format for all carriers

    • EFM already Integrates with the Carriers

  • No Development required to receive Tracking Information

    • EFM already receives scan events from most carriers, as a result no development is required from your side.

  • Leverage EFM's Rate Card. If you Choose to manifest directly with the carrier, you my not be able to leverage your cheaper rates through EFM

This enables efm to effectively manage the customers freight. CCI integration allows for accurate business-to-business interaction. By using EDI, efm can accurately create consignment information based on the data provided by the vendor.
