How to Integrate with OneFlo
API Integration is a significant investment to your IT system, but has the best return. It is recommended to have a discussion with one of our OneFlo IT consultants to assist and support you during the process.
1. Discuss with your efm Account Manager if integrating via API is right for you
Have a discussion with your Account Manager to see if integrating using this method is right for you. Your processes may be compatible with our other integration types such as OneFlo Order Lookup - Import Orders or Import Completed Consignment Integration .
During the discussion, we will assess your process to ensure that you are guided to use the best integration method. You must have a OneFlo account to use these services.
2. Build integration to connect to our Test environment
We will provide you access to our test API environment so that we can validate your connectivity and data. We will provide you with a key to access our test environment.
3. Validate your integration
Our OneFlo consultants will assist you throughout the development journey to ensure you are supported in the process. We will help you validate your integration prior to migrating to production.
Once validated, we will provide you with a key to access our production environment.
4. Perform a production validation
Deploy any changes on your environment to point to our production endpoint. Once we have cutover to production, we can send test data through the live integration to ensure we won’t run into issues using actual transactional data. Please involve us at this stage so that we can ensure that the data is flowing through successfully.
