STEP 1: Accessing the Receiver Import Feature

In OneFlo, click on the cog ⚙ in the top right-hand corner of the screen, click Import Receiver Addresses

STEP 2: Selecting the file

Please note: The file will need to be in a .csv format. Please use the attached as it will make the next step easier

select First row in header and if necessary, Make previous addresses inactive.> Click browse to select the file that is to be uploaded

STEP 3: Mapping the file

Ensure the mappings are properly set in the mappings field. They should look like the below image:

STEP 4: Import the file

Once everything is mapped, click Import Data at the top of the page:

A pop up should appear say the file has been queued. Click Ok.

STEP 5: Correct any errors

After you have clicked Ok, it will take you to a new page. Here is where any errors can be checked and rectified. Click the green triangle (blue star) on the right-hand side of the file, and edit any receivers that have an error, if applicable
