Use this only if all other troubleshooting methods have not worked.

  1. Open Windows Services.

  2. Click Action → Create Custom View.

  3. Under Logged: select a relevant time frame.

    To define a relevant time frame, it's a good idea to know if/when the service stopped running last. You can identify an approximate time by /wiki/spaces/DINPIE/pages/2019393586.

    If you not sure, select 'Last 7 days'.

  4. Ensure the By Log radio button is selected.

  5. In the Event logs drop bown box, expand Windows Logs and select Application & System.

  6. In the By Source drop down box, select all that are listed below (bearing in mind that some may not be listed at all):

    1. MessageTransmitter

    2. Message Transformer

    3. Service Control Manager

    4. Service Control Manager Perfomance Diagnostics

  7. Click OK.

  8. Change the Name to EFM - OneFlo - Order Lookup.

  9. Change the Description to EFM - OneFlo - Order Lookup.

  10. Click OK.

  11. Review results

Remember to turn this off when troubleshooting is complete
