Shipping Items

Reference

This will appear in the label, We recommend using an associated reference that is used within your ERP/WMS

  • References are used to search & report on item information in OneFlo.
    • e.g. (Order Number, Invoice Number, Customer Reference Number) of the order located in  your (ERP, WMS, 3PL)

Code

  • This is your defined Shipping Items. You can look up your typically sent freight dimensions that you may have configured within our system

Description

  • A description of the shipping item to help better identify it. Examples of properly worded descriptions:
    • Box of nails (150 pcs)
    • Pallet with 32 cartons of Product XX123Z

Packaging

  • Commodity code that describes the form of freight being despatched in the consignment. For more information, see Shipping Items - Packaging Type.
  • This is a required field and is used by OneFlo to capture the right amount of information to accurately charge your freight.

Item Qty

  • Number of pieces of this freight item.

Length

  • Longest horizontal side of the item in centimetres.

Width

  • Shortest horizontal side of the item in centimetres.

Height

  • Vertical measurement of the item from its lowest point to the top in centim

Volume

  • Calculated based on the dimensions provided. 

  • You are not required to populate this field.

Weight

  • Weight of this shipping item in kilograms.

Dangerous Goods

  • You are required to attach Dangerous Goods if this freight item contains Dangerous Goods. To configure your the Dangerous Goods that you can send, please see OneFlo - My Dangerous Goods.
