In the tracking page, you can also lodge an enquiry for a specific consignment. efm Logistics Services will receive this enquiry and get back to you for resolution.
In the OneFlo - Track Consignments screen, you can click on the details of the consignment by clicking on the Connote Number.
It will bring up the following screen.
From here, you can click on the Lodge Enquiry button to send a message to efm for this particular consignment. This will allow you to fill in details of your enquiry for efm Logistics to provide you resolution. Provide as much information as possible for your enquiry for a more effective resolution.
