OneFlo - My Addresses

You can automatically complete recurring address entries by adding it to "My Addresses". Using the receiver name as the Search term.

This can significantly reduce the consigning process reducing it to a search and item information entry.

Adding Individual Addresses

  1. In the setting cog, go to My Addresses

  2. Click on the Green + sign to add a new address

     

  3. This will bring up a pop out window to add the details for the receiver, fill out the details and click save.

 

 

Updating Receivers

If a customer is using addresses from the parent account, and a receiver needs to be updated, it will need to be updated on the parent account. This will effect all child accounts using this address

1. In the setting cog, go to My Addresses

2. Click on the Green notepad symbol on the required address to edit the address

3. This will bring up a pop out window to edit the address, change the details you need to edit and then click save.

 

 

 

Deactivating Receivers

If a customer is using addresses from the parent account, and a receiver needs to be deleted, it will need to be removed from the parent account. This will effect all child accounts using this address

  • In the setting cog, go to My Addresses

  • Click on the Green  sign to deactivate all receivers, The buttons below, with the arrows, in line with the receivers, will deactivate them individually
