OneFlo - Create Outbound Consignment

Create Outbound

Select: Consignments > Create Outbound

If you are unable to see this function, contact your Account Manager, and they can review your permissions and access.

  • OneFlo - Consignment (Dispatch Details)

    Dispatch Details

    References

    • References are used to search & report on consignment information in OneFlo.
      • e.g. (Order Number, Invoice Number, Customer Reference Number) of the order located in  your (ERP, WMS, 3PL)

  • OneFlo - Consignment (Shipping Items)

    This will appear in the label, We recommend using an associated reference that is used within your ERP/WMS

  • Consignment - Dangerous Goods Declaration
    • There should be DG paperwork printing against the connote.
      • However the reason the DG declaration prints out with the manifest is because this follows the chain of responsibility when transporting dangerous goods.

    Manifesting is the process of confirming the freight that will be shipped under a specific service and as a result the freight that is going to be placed on the Truck.

  • OneFlo - Consignment (Pick Up Address)

    All details here will Auto-Fill based on the Account Configuration.

OneFlo - Create Return Consignment

Select: Consignments > "Create Return".

If you are unable to see the above path, contact your Account Manager, and they can review your permissions and access.

  1. The same process will be followed as creating an outbound consignment however the receiver address will be your address and a dispatch address will need to be entered.

OneFlo - Create 3rd Party Consignment

Select: Consignments > "Create 3rd Party"

If you are unable to see the above path, contact your Account Manager, and they can review your permissions and access.

This function is for consignments that are neither ‘From’ or ‘To’ your site but are still bookings that you create Note: Remember to allow popups The exact same process needs to be followed as for creating a return consignment, however the pickup address will need
to be entered as well as the receiver details.
