Check your are on the correct computer or server
Open 'File Explorer' and Browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\Flip Group\Message Transmitter
On older versions of Windows this could be called 'Windows Explorer'
If this folder doesn't exist, the computer or server doesn't have the Windows Service installed (and therefore means that it is installed on another device).
If this folder is empty, the service has been uninstalled from this device and requires reinstallation by the EFM IT Service Desk team.
If this folder has many different files in it (like the animation to the right), the software is installed on this device.
